• All members are receiving this Letter & Reservation Form via email August 25, 2026 to purchase their reservation.  Those that do not have email will be sent the letter and form.   Surrounding clubs will be sent their letter and Reservation Form on September 14, 2026, as well as posted on The Garden Club of Downers Grove’s website.  The Ticket Chair will send a confirmation email with the Guest’s food selection once the payment has been received.

 

• Note:  Table assignment will be based on the date payment is received by the Ticket Chairperson.  If you wish to be seated with a specific group, be sure to submit all checks for your group at the same time; otherwise, the group will be assigned a table by the date the last payment is received.  Each table seats 10 people, NO exceptions can be made. Please do not switch from your assigned table.

 

• As is typical with all fundraisers, there will be no refunds.

 

We will be offering three different entrees to choose from: (1) Breast of Chicken Mornay, topped with asparagus, (2) Beef Filet Mignon Brochette, accompanied by green peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms, (3) Vegetarian Lasagna.  Each dinner will be served with Caesar Salad, Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes, and Harvest Blend Vegetables.  The dessert is Peach Melba.  All meals need to be pre-ordered when ticket names and monies are turned in.      

 

• All registration forms and payments need to be turned in by October 31, 2026.
